We start with a thorough inspection to assess the condition of your tiles and grout lines. After a pre-sweep a pre-spray is applied, and the fibers are agitated to lift dirt and soil. Our state-of-the-art tile tool then deep cleans tiles and grout for a refreshed, spotless finish. Optional sealing and/or additional wear coats available for added protection.

The area is then treated with a microfiber mop, dried with air movers, and coated with a finish solution, worked in with a microfiber mop. A second coat is applied to ensure long-lasting protection, leaving your floors clean, polished, and durable.
